6. Planing lamellae

To obtain a surface that is suitable for gluing, the individual lamellae are planed once more. A combo tool consisting of a special planer head with guide slots and two surface milling cutters is used to plane the lamella to a precise thickness to finish the surfaces to be glued on the right and left.
