9. Positioning the layers using vacuum lifting systems

A computer-supported vacuum portal positions the longitudinal and cross layers in the order required for multi-layered wall elements. The integration buffer stations for both the longitudinal and cross layers means that the wall components can be prepared in a continuous, automated order-based process, with high system capacity requiring only a small number of workers to operate it.

The use of glued longitudinal layers in combination with splice glued cross layers achieves a high level of process safety, which is reflected in a high level of line availability.
