The POWER PIN is equipped with a complete CAMPUS package:
- Individual components can be programmed in the familiar NC-HOPS environment and adapted as required.
- With aCADemy it is possible to import DXF files and export them as a CAM program with drilling operations.
- The MT-Manager tool management system keeps track of all drills loaded in the machine.
- Components to be machined are created virtually in the Workcenter at the correct stop. Multi-field loading with up to 4 components simultaneously is also possible here.
- For longer components, the automatic scene programming creates several clamping situations and thus enables a maximum workpiece length of 2600 mm.
